Here's the deal. I've been into fitness my whole life. Jazzercize, step aerobics, running, triathlon and yoga. I love it all. But yoga has my heart and soul.

Sharing yoga with everyone in a non-intimidating, playful and low-key way is my intention. I teach a Vinyasa Flow sequence (coordinating breath to postures) and take time to explain each pose making it safe and fun for newbies and seasoned yogis alike. Not flexible? No problem. You're in the right place. Flexibility not required.
